Usage tips:
Let the sugar paste come to room temperature. Knead vigorously until smooth dough is obtained. Roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar (recommended thickness: 2-3 mm). Turn a quarter turn regularly to prevent sticking. If the edges crack, knead again before use.
Storage conditions:
Store away from light and humidity, between 15°C and 20°C.
