Returns Patissland

If you wish to return a product purchased on our site, please note the following conditions:

1. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Products returned after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition and with all original labels and accessories. Damaged or used products will not be accepted.
4. The refund will be made upon receipt of the product in our warehouses and after verification of its condition. The refund will be made to the same payment method used during the purchase.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
