Patissland Returns
If you wish to return a product purchased on our site, please take note of the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Products returned after this period will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition, and with all original tags and accessories. Damaged or used products will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be made upon receipt of the product at our warehouses and after verification of its condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
