Express Home Delivery in 24-48h :

Priority order processing at Patissland for all Express orders placed before 11 AM on non-holiday weekdays. Home delivery is Guaranteed within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday, for a cost of €13.99. In case of delivery delays, except for recipient absence, address issues, requests for redelivery on another date or to another location, or force majeure cases, the delivery cost will be refunded.

Upon delivery of the Package to the transport Partner, a notification will be sent to you with the Tracking Number of your shipment so that you can monitor the progress of your package.

The Client is responsible for the information necessary for the delivery of the package, particularly the exact contact details of the recipient. In case of an address error, the client will have to bear the transportation costs related to a new shipment, once their initial order has been returned to our warehouse.
