Colour Mill, oil-based colorings
Oil-based Colour Mill food colorings that blend perfectly into buttercream, chocolate and doughs without becoming grainy.
Why Colour Mill
What makes Colour Mill special is its oil-based formula. Whereas water-based coloring makes buttercream or chocolate grainy, Colour Mill disperses perfectly into fats. The result: intense, consistent colors for buttercream, ganache, chocolate and doughs, with a range of coordinated shades.
How to use
A few drops are enough: gradually add them to the buttercream, melted chocolate or fondant, mixing well. The color will stabilize and may darken slightly as it rests. The shades are compatible with one another and can be mixed to create your own hues.
