Instructions for use

Let the fondant reach room temperature.

Knead vigorously until a smooth and elastic texture is obtained.

Roll out on a surface dusted with icing sugar to 2-3 mm thickness.

Turn it a quarter turn regularly to prevent sticking.

If cracks appear, knead again.
To cover a round cake of 20 cm diameter, plan about 500 g of sugar paste.
Coloring tips
This paste can be colored with food coloring. After coloring, let it rest covered for 1 hour, then knead again before use.
