The preparation time for an order is a maximum of 24 hours
With GLS and Colissimo, delivery times vary between 1 (Ile de France) to 3 days.
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
With GLS Express, delivery times are 24 hours (including order preparation). Orders must be placed before 12 PM. Deliveries from Monday to Friday.

Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in France.
Deliveries are made by our carriers from Monday to Friday.
In case of difficulties related to the processing of your order, you will receive a notification shortly after the problem has been identified.
You will receive a notification email (check your spam folder) as soon as your reservation is ready to be picked up at the warehouse. However, if your need is urgent, please go directly to our warehouse during opening hours (available on Google). Once there, please ring the bell and wait outside; a team member will hand you your order upon presentation of your ID.
You have a maximum of 10 days to pick up your order; after this period, your products will be restocked and your order canceled and refunded.
If you wish to return a product purchased on our site, please take note of the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Products returned after this period will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be NON FOOD, returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect resale condition, with all original labels and accessories. Damaged or used products will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be made upon receipt of the product in our warehouses and after verification of its condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
