Thanks to its fine, supple, and elastic texture, it is easy to handle and guarantees:

• a smooth and satin covering,

• clean and precise cutouts,

• solid and detailed decorations after hardening.

To cover a 20 cm diameter round cake, allow about 500 g of sugar paste.

Instructions for use

1. Let the fondant come back to room temperature.

2. Knead firmly until smooth and elastic texture is achieved.

3. Sprinkle the work surface with icing sugar and roll out to 2–3 mm thickness.

4. Turn the dough regularly to prevent sticking.

5. In case of small cracks, knead again before use.

👉 For custom coloring, add a food coloring, let the dough rest for 1 hour (covered), then knead again before use.
