Thanks to its soft, fine, and elastic texture, this fondant is perfect for:

• cover your cakes with a satin finish,

• cut clean and precise shapes,

• create creative models that harden after drying.

To cover a 20 cm diameter round cake, allow about 500 g of fondant.

Instructions for use

1. Leave the dough at room temperature.

2. Knead it firmly until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Sprinkle the work surface with icing sugar and roll out to 2–3 mm thickness.

4. Turn the dough regularly to prevent sticking.

5. In case of cracks, knead again before rolling out.

👉 For custom coloring, add a food coloring, let the dough rest for 1 hour (covered), then knead again before use.
