Instructions for use

Leave the dough at room temperature.

Knead vigorously until a smooth and elastic texture is obtained.

Sprinkle the work surface with icing sugar.

Roll out to 2–3 mm thickness using a rolling pin.

Turn a quarter regularly to prevent the dough from sticking.

If cracks appear, knead again.
