Baby Pink Gel Food Coloring – Rainbow Dust ProGel (25 g)

Add a touch of tenderness and delicacy to your creations with the concentrated Baby Pink coloring from the ProGel range. This soft pastel pink is the essential shade for birth cakes (Baby Shower), baptisms, or spring themes. Thanks to its professional formulation, you get a stable and uniform pink without altering the flexibility of your fondant and without the yellowish tint that some creams can have.

Soft Hue and Professional Precision

  • Instant Pastel Coloring: Its optimal concentration allows you to achieve a perfect powdered pink with a tiny amount of gel.

  • Preserved "Soft" Texture: Formulated with tapioca starch, this gel coloring blends in without making your preparations sticky or runny.

  • Ergonomic Tube: The tube format allows precise dosing, drop by drop, avoiding any waste and ensuring perfect hygiene thanks to its protective seal.

  • Total Versatility: Ideal for coloring fondant, marzipan, buttercream, macarons, and cake batters.

Usage Tips and Safety

  1. Preparation: Remove the safety seal. Squeeze the tube to release a small amount of gel onto your preparation.

  2. Mixing: Knead (for doughs) or whisk (for creams) until the color is perfectly uniform.

  3. Safety Dosage: To comply with food standards, do not exceed the dose of 8 g of gel per kg of finished product.

  4. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from light to prevent the pink from fading over time.

All About ProGel Baby Pink (Tips & Tricks)

How to get an even lighter, "nude" pink? Baby Pink is already a soft shade. If you want an extremely pale pink, incorporate a touch of gel into a small ball of white fondant, then mix this colored ball into your main batch. This allows you to dilute the pigmentation very gradually.

Does the pink change color after baking? ProGel pigments are designed to withstand high oven temperatures. Your sponge cake or cookies will keep this lovely Baby Pink after baking, without browning or turning coral.

Can Baby Pink be mixed with other colors? Absolutely. Mix it with a touch of ProGel Lilac to get a purplish pink (marshmallow type) or with a drop of Cream for a warmer vintage pink.

Colorants progel
