- This format matches the size of a commercial sheet cake baked in a 40 x 60 cm pan, with 5 cm of space on each side for decoration.
- Mark your portions directly on the icing using a ruler: the board's right angles serve as alignment guides, for approximately 40 even portions.
- It is also suitable for a double-digit number cake placed horizontally or an assortment for a cocktail reception.
- Always carry the board with both hands placed under the long edges, never by one side only.
