Presentation
Shimmer Dust Electric Blue is a fine, shiny edible powder in an intense electric blue shade with pearly highlights. It provides a strong sparkling effect to decorations and is especially suitable for aquatic, winter, galaxy themes, or contemporary creations where a vivid blue is desired. It is applied directly from the bottle onto fondant, marzipan, chocolate, macarons, or any other solid surface.
Usage
- •Dry application: directly from the bottle or with a brush on a solid surface.
- •For painting: mixed with an edible alcohol solution for a shiny electric blue finish.
- •Brush onto the lining of a piping bag filled with buttercream or icing for a two-tone effect.
Note: maximum recommended dose of 5.5 g per 1 kg of decoration.
