Shimmer Dust Ocean Blue is a fine, shimmering powdered food coloring in a luminous turquoise blue shade with pearlescent highlights. This ocean blue is ideal for sea, mermaid and summer-themed decorations, as well as aquatic creations requiring a pearlescent turquoise finish. Apply it directly from the bottle to fondant, marzipan, chocolate, macarons or any other solid surface.
