Shimmer Dust Tropical Blue is a fine, shimmering powdered food colouring in a luminous sky-blue shade with pearlescent reflections. This light blue is suitable for tropical and summer-themed decorations, as well as aquatic designs requiring a softer blue than deep turquoise. Apply it directly from the bottle to fondant, marzipan, chocolate, macarons or any other solid surface.

Uses
- Tropical and summer decorations: sky, clear sea, butterfly or parrot wings in fondant.
- Baby shower or family celebration designs in light sky-blue shades.

- Apply with a brush to the inside of a piping bag for a light-blue-to-blue two-tone effect when piping.
