Charme Mold PX43129S, 12 cavities
Boudoir biscuit relief by Emmanuele Forcone, individual format
The Pavoflex Charme PX43129S mold reproduces the relief pattern of the boudoir biscuits lining a Charlotte, with 12 individual 78 mm cavities. A recessed flat surface on top accommodates mirror glaze, coulis, or fresh fruit without overflowing onto the textured sides. For a shareable entremet format with the same design, see the Charme KE113S mold in the Pavocake version.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference from the Charme KE113S mold?
The PX43129S has 12 individual 78 mm cavities (140 ml) for plated desserts or a shop display. The KE113S is a single 180 mm Pavocake mold (approximately 1050 ml) for a shareable entremet serving 6 to 8 people. See the Charme KE113S mold in the Pavocake format.
How can I achieve clean unmolding of the boudoir biscuit relief?
The preparation must be frozen thoroughly for at least 6 to 8 hours at -18 °C. Then turn the mold over and gradually pull the platinum silicone edges outward to release the relief without damaging it.
Can this mold be used for direct baking?
Yes, its temperature resistance reaches 280 °C, allowing you to bake financiers, individual cakes, or madeleines directly, with the boudoir biscuit relief remaining visible after baking.
