Pavoflex Silicone Molds

The Pavoflex range is Pavoni’s signature: food-grade platinum silicone reinforced with a fiberglass mesh for perfect rigidity and clean release. Capacities: 60ml (bite-sized) to 1500ml (family-sized desserts). Shapes: classic geometric (round, square, oval), sculptural (petals, waves, draped), thematic (hearts, stars, flowers). Resistant from -60°C to +260°C, dishwasher safe, BPA-free.

Is Pavoni Pavoflex oven safe?

Yes, Pavoflex platinum silicone withstands from -60°C to +260°C. Compatible with conventional ovens, convection ovens, microwaves, freezers, dishwashers. Avoid direct contact with flame and sharp utensils.

How to unmold a Pavoflex dessert?

Freeze completely at -18°C for 4-8 hours minimum before unmolding. Unmold while cold for clean edges. Slide a finger between the silicone and dessert to let air in, then gently press the base. The fiberglass mesh rigidity helps with unmolding.

Difference between Pavoflex and Silikomart?

Pavoflex (Pavoni Italia): fiberglass-reinforced silicone, stiffer, very clean release, designs focused on sculptures and pure geometries. Silikomart: softer silicone, wide range of chef signature trompe-l'œil molds, more affordable. Both brands complement each other in professional kitchens.

Should a Pavoni mold be greased?

No, Pavoflex platinum silicone does not require greasing for classic pastries. For polycarbonate chocolate molds: no greasing either (tempering ensures release and shine). For high-temperature cakes (madeleines, financiers), a light release spray helps preserve details.
