Apple Trompe l'oeil Mold - PX4330S
Pavoni Italia x Emmanuele Forcone collaboration
The apple plays on a striking contrast between the red skin and the tangy green stem end. Designed with Emmanuele Forcone, the PX4330S mold reproduces the fruit's round shape and characteristic top depression across 20 cavities, for series production in the workshop.

Red mirror glaze applied to the frozen piece creates a lustrous finish; add a tempered-chocolate stem to complete the illusion.
What is the difference compared with the Pear mold PX4329S?
They have the same 20-cavity format and capacity, but the shape is different: the apple is rounder with a pronounced top depression, while the pear is more elongated with a narrow neck.
