Usage tips

  1. Placement: place the rack on a clear work surface, ideally near a window to speed up cooling.
  2. Transfer: unmold the hot pastry and place it directly on the rack. For cookies, transfer them one by one with a spatula.
  3. Rest time: minimum 30 minutes for cookies, 1 to 2 hours for cakes, 4 hours for assembled pieces before glazing.
  4. Humidity tip: on humid days, place a sheet of parchment paper under the rack to absorb condensation.
  5. Storage: store flat away from dust, hang when possible to save space.

Care and lifespan

  • Wash by hand with a soft sponge and warm soapy water.
  • Dry completely before storing to prevent limescale marks.
  • Avoid sharp metal utensils that scratch the non-stick coating.
