Colour Mill Ocean is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and rich creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Ocean shade produces a deep, vivid blue-green, more saturated than Sea Mist.

Please note: this coloring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup).
