Colour Mill Clay is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and fat-based creams without causing the preparation to seize. The Clay shade produces a warm, matte terracotta, reminiscent of fired clay pottery.

Please note: this food coloring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup).
