The TRD06 mat reproduces a finely detailed traditional lace design to decorate celebration cakes, entremets and cupcakes with edible lace made from sugar, lace paste or chocolate. Made in Italy from professional platinum silicone, it retains its engraving precision from one batch to the next.

Uses

Demolding: spread the lace paste in a thin layer and scrape carefully; at 1 mm thick, the mat reveals even the slightest excess. Remove the strip by rolling it onto itself rather than pulling. When placed within 24 hours of drying, the lace still drapes flexibly around the tiers; after that, it can only be worked flat.
