Shimmer Dust Tropical Blue is a fine, shimmering powdered food coloring in a bright tropical blue shade with pearly highlights. This vivid blue is suitable for decorations with sea, tropical, and summer themes, aquatic pieces, and any creation where a pearly sky blue is desired. This edible shimmering powder is applied directly from the bottle onto fondant, marzipan, chocolate, macarons, or any other solid surface.
Usage
- •Dry application: with a brush or directly from the bottle onto a solid surface.
- •In painting: mixed with an alcoholic food solution for a shiny tropical blue finish.
- •Brush onto the lining of a piping bag filled with buttercream or icing for a two-tone effect.
Note: close the bottle after use and store at room temperature. For food use only.
