Katy Sue Mold - Ice Crystals

This versatile Katy Sue mold is ideal for creating icicles, borders or other 100% winter effects on your Christmas cakes. It also allows you to prepare pretty drip cakes! The delicate finishes of Katy Sue's molds are always a guarantee of success.

This mold is easy to use and can be used with sugar paste, gum paste, modeling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candies and much more.

Also, the mold can also be used for craft projects. You can also use it with cold porcelain, salt dough, air drying clays and embossing powder. We recommend using the mold for either food projects or craft projects, but not both.

Directions: Push the fondant into the mold without overfilling it. Scrape off the excess paste so you can see the outline of the design. Gently flip and release. Sprinkle lightly with corn flour to make release easier.

Wash and dry the mold thoroughly before use. The mold is oven safe (up to 200°C/392°F) and dishwasher safe.
