Bear Chocolate Mold - Choco Bear

2-cavity silicone mold for thin bear-shaped chocolate bars.

Silikomart's Choco Bear mold lets you create two thin chocolate bars shaped like smiling bears. Made of food-grade silicone, it is designed for chocolatiers and pastry chefs creating gift bars, boutique pieces, or treats for family workshops.

Each cavity measures 67 mm × 90 mm and is 2 mm high, with a capacity of 10 mL per bar. The bear's detailed relief comes out sharply when unmolded, while the flexible silicone preserves the contours.

Recipe: milk chocolate and hazelnut bear bar

For the 2 bear cavities. Ingredients: 60 g Azelia 35% Hazelnut, 15 g almond hazelnut praliné, 10 g roasted hazelnut pieces.

  • Temper the Azelia: melt to 45 °C, cool to 27 °C, then warm to 29 °C.
  • Pour a thin layer of chocolate into each cavity and tap the mold to release air bubbles.
  • Pipe a line of hazelnut praliné down the center without touching the edges.
  • Cover with the remaining tempered chocolate and sprinkle with hazelnut pieces.
  • Level with a spatula and leave to crystallize in a cool place.
  • Carefully unmold once the chocolate has fully set.

Care

  • Clean with hot water and mild liquid soap.
  • Dry thoroughly before storing.
  • No greasing is needed thanks to the silicone's nonstick properties.

Please note: Properly tempered chocolate ensures a shiny bar and sharp release of the bear's relief. For precise contours, allow it to crystallize in a cool place before unmolding.
