Colour Mill Baby Blue Choco Drip is ready-to-use drip chocolate dyed throughout in a soft, luminous pastel blue without being garish. It creates clean, even drips around the edge of the cake without changing colour or becoming dull as it sets.
Packaged in a 125 g soft pouch with a pouring nozzle, it warms up in just a few seconds and can be applied directly after removing it from the microwave or bain-marie.

Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in 10-second intervals in the microwave (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until smooth and fluid
- Test it on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a very cold cake by gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip
Please note: warm in small 10-second intervals rather than all at once: heating for too long makes the drip too runny, causing the drips to slide down to the cake board. The cake should be taken out of the refrigerator with the outer icing already set so that the drip stops cleanly.
