Description :
Katy Sue's "Rabbit" silicone mold is very easy to use and versatile. It can be used for molding sugar paste, gum paste, chocolate paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy melts and much more. This mold is also perfect for craft projects, including cold porcelain, salt dough, modeling clay, air-drying clays and embossing powder.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we recommend using the mold for either food projects or craft projects, but never for both at the same time.
Use :
- Preparation of the Mold: Lightly sprinkle the mold with cornstarch.
- Inserting the Dough: Insert the fondant into the mold and pass the roller over the fondant.
- Removal of Excess: Remove excess dough using a sugar paste knife to see the outline of the design.
- Release the Dough: Turn over and gently release the sugar paste.
- Tip: Sprinkle lightly with corn flour to make release easier.
Interview :
- Cleaning: Gently rinse the mold in warm water with a little soap, then dry well before use.
- Heat Resistance: The mold is oven safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher safe.
