Saracino Concentrated Raspberry Flavoring Paste provides exceptional flavor and heat stability for a variety of culinary uses. Ideal for cooked applications or used as is on ice creams, cakes, yogurts or sweet treats, this flavoring paste can also be used as jam in cooked sponge cakes for exceptional flavor. Dosage instructions for the different types of uses are provided on the packaging, and simply mix the flavoring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute for perfect integration. This raspberry flavoring paste is made with quality ingredients such as raspberry juice and pulp, sugar, glucose syrup, citric acid and thickeners.
