This concentrated oil-soluble food coloring is designed for fat-based pastry mixtures: melted white chocolate, ganache, buttercream, and fondant. The 100 ml bottle is intended for kitchens with regular production: for the same volume, it costs approximately 35% less per ml than the 20 ml bottle. It is a popular choice among cake designers for baby shower girl layer cakes with whipped ganache and cascading rosette cupcakes for family celebrations.

Directions for use
