Pavoni's Absolute Green water-soluble powder colorant, a range developed with chef Emmanuele Forcone, combines two colorants and anhydrous sodium sulfate for a vibrant, stable green shade. Packaged in a 50 g jar, it is suitable for water-based preparations: macarons, icings, creams and sugar paste. It is not suitable for chocolate or fats.
