Flat-surface silicone mold designed to receive a layered decoration.
The Cocoon mold produces entremets with a flat surface, designed to receive a layered decoration, particularly the discs from the Bliss or Flower Power models. Compatible with the Multi-Inserto Round, it allows you to vary the inserts without changing the outer shape.

- Classic assembly, glazing or velvet spraying, then place the decoration

Please note: pour the decorative disc into a mixture that sets firmly (chocolate, gelled crémeux) so it can be handled without deforming when placed.
