Recommended uses
- Fondant covering: sprinkle over a covered cake for decorative texture.
- Royal icing and buttercream: apply at the last moment, before complete crystallisation.
- Ganache and whipped cream: lightly sprinkle over cupcakes and entremets.
- Drip cakes and chocolate drips: apply while the drip is still liquid for good adhesion.
Red permanently stains light-coloured icing or clothing: pour at the last moment using a dedicated spatula.
