- Concentrated water-soluble food colouring for water-based mixtures: royal icing, water-based glazes, syrups, meringues, and macarons

Directions for use
- Shake the bottle before use and add to a mixture at room temperature (18 to 22°C)
- Usual dosage: 2 to 4 drops per 250 g for a pastel shade, up to 20 drops for a dark shade
- Mix, then let stand for 15 minutes before adjusting the shade if needed
- To colour chocolate or ganache, use the Colour Mill oil-soluble range, not this water-soluble colouring
Please note: this colouring is water-based: it must never be added to melted chocolate or ganache, as it may cause the mixture to seize.
