You can also color it with food coloring to achieve custom shades. For best results after coloring, let it rest for one hour (covered), then knead again.

Usage advice

1. Let the dough rest at room temperature before working it.

2. Knead it until it is soft and homogeneous.

3. Roll it out on a surface dusted with icing sugar, turning a quarter regularly.

4. Recommended thickness: 2-3 mm.

5. If cracks appear, knead again.
