Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from raw hazelnut powder?

Roasted chopped hazelnuts are toasted and retain a crunchy texture in 2 to 4 mm pieces, whereas raw powder is finely ground and untoasted, for incorporation into a batter.

Are they suitable for homemade nougatine?

Yes, mixed with caramelized cooked sugar, they make a crunchy nougatine for decorations and tartlet bases.

Is this product suitable for a vegan or gluten-free diet?

Yes, it consists of 100% hazelnuts, with no gluten and no animal-derived ingredients.
