The Silikomart Professional 6 Marrons mould recreates the shape of a chestnut in three dimensions, with 6 cavities of 110 ml. It comes with a plastic cutter for cutting inserts and supporting bases.

Instructions for use
The shape is suitable for autumn entremets as well as frozen or chocolate creations.
- Cut inserts and bases with the included cutter
- Spray a velvet spray for a matte finish reminiscent of a chestnut
- Discover the range in trompe-l'œil moulds and Silikomart
For clean demoulding, pour in the preparation, cover with cling film and freeze completely before glazing. For the velvet finish, spray the cocoa butter/chocolate mixture at 30–32°C onto a product at −18°C.
