This textured silicone mat, a patented Pavoni design, is not a cavity mold: it is a flexible imprint mat placed at the bottom of a yule log mold to create a botanical relief on the dessert's surface, featuring foliage and branches with a natural feel. It is designed for use with the Tronchetto mold, which has compatible dimensions.

Recommended uses
- Place the mat with the pattern facing upward at the bottom of the Tronchetto mold before pouring in the mixture
- Pour the mousse or yule log mixture directly over the mat
- Freeze for several hours before removing the mat to reveal the relief
- Finish with flocking or velvet spray to emphasize the printed relief
Please note: this mat must always be used with a yule log mold of corresponding dimensions and never on its own. Clean with lukewarm water, avoiding any sharp utensil that could damage the relief.
