Colour Mill Melon is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and rich creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Melon shade produces a pale pinkish orange reminiscent of the flesh of a ripe melon.

Please note: this coloring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup).
