Instructions for use

1. Pour the desired amount into a microwave-safe container.

2. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each heating.

3. Handle with gloves: isomalt becomes very hot.

4. Wait for bubbling to stop, then pour into a mold or onto a non-stick surface.

5. To smooth edges: briefly heat with a torch.

Never allow a child to use isomalt.
