Uses

  • Cake covering: approximately 500 g is needed to cover a cake measuring Ø24-26 cm or 20x20 cm.
  • Modeling and botanical decoration: leaves, stems, and botanical elements modeled by hand.
  • Mixing shades: mix with white marzipan for a softer color, or with another shade for a unique effect.

Please note: Knead the marzipan properly before rolling it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar to prevent it from sticking.
