Recommended uses

  • Fondant and marzipan: knead for 5 to 8 minutes, then let rest for 30 to 60 minutes for the final color
  • Buttercream and royal icing: incorporate at the end of whipping, for 2 minutes at medium speed
  • Ideal for cupcakes, baby showers, vintage roses made from fondant, and macarons
  • It can also be diluted in a drop of water for airbrushing or painting on dried fondant

Use the tip of a toothpick and incorporate gradually: the color generally deepens after 15 to 60 minutes of resting, depending on the medium. This food coloring contains one or more azo dyes (see composition above). In accordance with European regulations, their consumption may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
