Instructions for use
- Place the entremets in the freezer until it is very cold at the centre.
- Spray from a moderate distance, using fine, crossed passes for an even coating.
- Suitable for: glazed entremets, yule logs, and individual cakes on a very cold surface.
Please note: E129 and E104 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children. Pressurised container; store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Shake well before use.
