Instructions for use
- Temper the chocolate before pouring it in to obtain sharp contours.
- Fill the heart-shaped cavities using a piping bag.
- Tap the mold to remove visible air bubbles from the shiny surface.
- Let it set in the refrigerator for quick, clean unmolding.
Please note: unmold by gently pressing the back of each cavity rather than pulling on the edges, to preserve the tip of the heart. Then clean by hand with warm, soapy water.
