Usage tips
- Temper the chocolate carefully for a glossy finish across this large surface.
- Fill the cavities and allow the chocolate to crystallize at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- For a three-dimensional figure, fill two identical molds and then allow the chocolate to partially set.
- Assemble the two halves before they fully harden by gently pressing the edges together.
Please note: when assembling the 3D figure, work quickly while the chocolate in both halves is still slightly malleable for a clean seal. Clean the mold by hand; do not use a dishwasher.
