Use and occasions
Cut the dough in two batches to obtain all the house pieces, separate the shapes, then bake. First assemble the front with the side walls, using the door and window impressions marked by the cookie cutter as guides.
Please note: place the cut shortbread dough in the freezer for a few minutes before separating the shapes to prevent them from deforming.
