The Dusk shade is achieved with a moderate amount, approximately three to five drops per 100 g of fat-based mixture. The 100 ml bottle lets you adjust the color without worrying about running out during preparation.

As an oil-soluble colorant, Dusk is formulated for fat-based preparations: melted white, dark, or milk chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, and buttercream. It is not designed for water-based preparations such as royal icing or fondant worked with water, in which it will not disperse properly. Reserve it for fat-based mixtures, particularly for sophisticated gradients and bohemian wedding cakes.

Yes, a slight pigment deposit may form while the bottle is at rest. Shake the Dusk bottle for a few seconds before each use to ensure an even shade from the first drop.
