Pavoni's Chocolart White cocoa butter is a ready-to-use opaque colorant, packaged in a 200 g block: the pigment is already measured and incorporated into the cocoa butter. Its white, opaque and covering shade is used to lighten or make fat-based preparations opaque and to create pastel shades. Simply melt and temper it before applying it as decoration to chocolate pieces.
