Decora rigid square base, 12 mm thick, white finish with fully covered edges. Designed to hold and display square and rectangular cakes, number cakes, and heavy layer cakes, it does not bend under the weight of a piece filled with ganache or covered with fondant. Five sizes available, from 20 to 40 cm per side.

Allow 4 to 5 cm margin around the cake to create a decorative border: a 20 cm square cake is presented on a 25 cm drum. For a tiered cake, each tier rests on a drum at least 5 cm larger than the tier above, supported by support rods.
