Usage:
Let the dough reach room temperature before use. Knead it vigorously until it becomes smooth and elastic. Roll it out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar (recommended thickness: 2 to 3 mm). For a 20 cm diameter disc, plan about 500 g of sugar paste.
