This versatile modeling tool is designed for use with a variety of materials, whether edible or not. It is especially suitable for working with sugar paste (fondant), gum paste, marzipan, and more.

It is ideal for adding simple yet effective details to enhance your creations, whether decorating cakes, flowers, or models. It also allows you to easily create embossed patterns and borders, as well as animal paws in marzipan.

You can use the blade end to cut and shape the paste as needed. For best results, we recommend using it with a foam pad.
