Instructions for Use

1. Disk to place: pour the mixture (mousse, gelled creamy, chocolate), freeze, unmold then place on the entremet.

2. Embossing: apply the mold on a well-chilled/set surface to mark the stars.

3. Finishes: velvet spray, pearly powders, gold leaf.

• Dishwasher safe.
